Installation Notes

Rear glass / window struts hold the upper hatch glass independently of the main tailgate. Replacement is straightforward — usually 10–15 minutes with the glass propped open. These struts work harder than tailgate struts because they hold heavy glass, so signs of failure tend to appear earlier. Always replace both as a pair.
