Shipping policy
Processing & Dispatch All orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via tracked courier services.
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days — $14.95
- Express shipping: 1–2 business days — $19.95
- international shipping: $40

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@nitrostruts.com.au with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
