Installation Notes
Bonnet strut replacement is a straightforward DIY job — typically 15–20 minutes per side with no special tools required. Always have a second person support the bonnet during installation, or use a sturdy prop. Replace both struts as a pair — a new strut paired with a tired one creates uneven loading and shortens the new one's life.

Prompt delivery , exactly what I wanted
Easy fitting, round threaded securing collar should have two flat sides to allow spanner to hold while tightening, otherwise struts work great
Dealing with the company was good. The item was as advertised. My only comment is that the fitting instruction sheet was not clear in detail and could be improved.

I had to alter the location of the attachment holes on both sides to prevent the struts rubbing on the body.

Good units, hold the bonnet up just fine, downside is the strut body catches the right wing inner, have to gently try to fold the metal over to remove this contact
Very good, wish I had purchased and installed long ago! Only suggestion is that the round washer/nut have 2 flat sides so that you can get a spanner or shifter to stop it spinning under the panel to tighten or loosen to adjust location in hole.
Had to grind some metal off the bonnet brackets where they are double thickness
