1. Shipping Coverage
Nitro Struts ships to all locations within Australia and internationally. We offer fast, reliable shipping via Australia Post and partner logistics providers.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer flexible shipping options to meet your needs:
- Australia Standard: $12.95 (3-5 business days)
- Australia Express: $20.00 (1-2 business days)
- International: $40.00 (7-14 business days)
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Processing Time
Order processing times:
- Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
- Custom/Special Orders: 3-5 business days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times from dispatch (varies by location):
- Melbourne Metro: 1-2 business days
- Regional Victoria: 2-3 business days
- Other Australian States: 3-5 business days
These are estimates only. Nitro Struts is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the Australia Post website or your carrier's tracking portal. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of dispatch.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We deliver to:
- Residential addresses
- Business addresses
- PO Boxes (where available)
We cannot deliver to addresses outside Australia. If your address changes after ordering, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
7. Signature Requirements
Depending on your order value and location, your package may require a signature upon delivery. If you're not available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. You can arrange alternative delivery arrangements through the carrier.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf
- Replacement or refund will be issued upon claim approval
Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the carrier will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. You will be responsible for reshipping costs if redelivery is required due to an incorrect address provided by you.

11. Bulk Orders
For bulk orders (10+ units), please contact us for a custom shipping quote. We may be able to arrange special freight rates or delivery arrangements.
12. Liability
Once your package is handed to the carrier, Nitro Struts is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay. However, we will assist you in filing claims with the carrier. For high-value orders, we recommend purchasing additional insurance through the carrier.
13. Changes to Shipping Policy
Nitro Struts reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
